so I went here yesterday to get a refill. It was about 6:50 PM. I immediately got in the chair not bad I was seated at seat 12.. Everything was fine up until I asked her to fix my lines on my French tips , She fixed it not bad right up until i go to pay i asked her how much she stated they'll let me know at the front May I remind you this is a refill. I originally paid $60 when I first got my nails done Why i was charge 50 dollars for a refill Saying $10 dollars for my pinky and 10 dollars because they was longer, nails grow out but long were 👀 smh mind you I have Shorties no if they would've cut them down, it would've been $10 for that anyways she said 25 for gel and 5 for gel takeoff , this wasn't my first time coming here but it's definitely my last . I didn't expect a massive price adjustment. however 45 would've even been better for me but I most definitely Didn't expect that , When my nails aren't on the longer side maybe medium but long no way smh Takecare

I went here a week and half ago , after 4 days my nail started turning black but I thought I just needed to wash my hands just to be sure. Then after a week the dark spot grew bigger. I took the nails off and now my natural nail is ruined! Bacterial infection smh! I don’t recommend going there at all. For the price that I paid, this shouldn’t have happened to me!

Very unprofessional. Very unsanitary. Operating with expired licenses. Very unethical, charging “$2” fee if you use a card instead of cash. I do not recommend.

My second time back since my bad experience 1.5 years ago. So far so good. Both times I got luxury nail designs; here is the lastest. Two different ladies each time —and I'm happy with both visits. Price is amazing compared to what I was paying for the past 1.5 year at the fancy nail salon I use to go to. Thus, I am a happy customer. I went back again for the 3rd time and amazing job once again, a different technician every time and they all all good. Check out the latest design, 3/4/25!

Very rushy/sloppy service; I only gave it 2 stars cause my eyebrows are decent; the girl I had was too focused on getting back to what was on her cellphone otherwise I paid $60 for the most basic nails. Wanted to have fun for my Mets for Baseball season & half the colors they didn’t have so I settled with what was available. First and probably last time here; also judging by the decor inside; it’s the same owners for Wow nails in Woodlyn (the orange chairs are a giveaway) who may own this place so it makes sense why it was ghetto and overpriced.
